
Participants will learn about the benefits of teaming, characteristics of effective teams and identify their role in the production of an effective team. Participants will also learn the importance of having shared goals, offering encouragement, and how to effectively respond to adversity.

Participants will learn about the communication process (talk vs. communication). They will also learn about communication barriers, listeningskills, and levels of communication.

We will help participants understand that grief isa multi-faceted response to loss and increase their awareness of the long-term effects of untreated grief and its relationship to stress related illnesses. Participants will also benefit from our session on the process of living through the grief and loss and will be given clear steps to move forward with their lives.
